HOW TO EARN POINTS

• Place an order either online or in store and Earn 1 point for every $1NZD spent
  • Not all items earn points - some exclusions include Outlet, Special Releases and Raffles.
  • Unused points will expire after 3 months of inactivity.
  • If you're unsure whether the item you're purchasing will earn points, look for the below online or ask a staff member in store.
    

VOUCHERS ARE AUTOMATED

• Based on the amount of points available there will be 1-6 reward options
  
  • Preset Vouchers - 250 points/$25 Voucher, 500 points/$50 Voucher, 750 points/$75 Voucher, 1000 points/$100 Voucher, 1500 points/$150 Voucher and 2000 points/$200 Voucher
  • Vouchers are automatically sent by email

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER

• Locate your vouchers under MY REWARDS

• All of your unused, used and expired rewards will be available here

• You can now use your voucher on your next purchase of $50 or more*
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed on the following - Outlet or anything that is discounted, Special Releases, Raffles.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the day they are issued.
  • Only 1 voucher can be used per transaction.
  • Product where vouchers cannot be redeemed, will show the below on the product listing.
