Within New Zealand
  • Shipping fee of $2.00 for orders $150+
  • Shipping Fee of $8.50 for orders under $150
  • For Footwear purchases we highly reommend adding the Double Box option in checkout, this helps prevent damage to the original box during shipping.
  • All orders are sent in a courier bag with Signature Required - you can add a box for $5 which we highly recommend for Footwear.
  • Processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
  • North Island - overnight delivery once the parcel is collected by our courier*
  • South Islanddelivery with 2-3 working days once the parcel is collected by our courier*
  • Rural deliveries add an extra day to the above timeframes
  • Weekends excluded

International Deliveries

Please Note Nike Collections are not available for International shipping, due to brand guidelines for this region.

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

  • $75NZD Flat Rate shipping to the rest of the world (included at checkout)

The above time frame is only an estimate provided by NZ Post and we cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive within the times listed.

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Loaded is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes incurred. This can vary depending on your location, please contact your local Customs office if you are unsure if your parcel will incur these fees.

Also note some international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery times we have listed above, Loaded is not responsible for these delays.

If your parcel is returned to us as a result of any of the reasons listed below, an additional shipping fee will be incurred:

  • You entered your address incorrectly at the time of purchase
  • You provided an address where there was no one to sign for the parcel

We use NZ Post Couriers to ship local orders and NZ Post or DHL to ship international orders, once you receive your tracking information you can contact either of these carriers directly via the contact details below:

Return To Sender

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier, you will need to pay an additional $8.50 for us to ship your order back to you.

NZ Post Timeframe For Lodging An Enquiry For Loss Or Damage 

Damage - within 10 days after delivery

Non-Delivery - within 21 days from the date of posting
