RETURNS POLICY
You can initiate your return through our Returns Portal
Please make sure you read through our return policy below first.
You can request a return through our Returns Portal for both in-store and online orders.
For in-store purchases, we accept an exchange or credit note only.
Item's must be returned within 10 days of purchase and with the original receipt.
Returned items must be in new condition with all swing tags attached and original packaging.
Our online policies differ to those in-store, see your receipt for our in store Return Policy or call (09) 302 3680.
For most items* purchased online - we accept an exchange, refund or credit note so long as your return meets the criteria below.
- You have requested your return through our Returns Portal within 10 days of purchase.
- We require proof of purchase with each return.
- All items must be in brand new/unworn condition.
- Apparel/accessories must have original swing tags attached.
- Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged.
Further Information
The customer is required to cover all shipping fees for all returns.
Shoe boxes may be damaged in transit, we cannot accept returns on product because of a damaged box - we highly recommend purchasing the double box option on checkout for this reason.
There is a Flat Rate Refund Fee of $8.50 for all eligible refund returns.
As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us, we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.
Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.
Refunds are processed onto the original method of payment the order was originally paid.
Please allow 1-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept returns for refund on Special Releases however we do accept an exchange or credit note.
*If you're unsure that the item you're purchasing is a Special Release - go to the product page for that item and there will be a tab under Description labelled "This item is a Special Release".
We do not accept returns for refund on Outlet/Sale/Flash Sales/Discounted* items however we do accept exchanges or credit note.
*Flash Sales/Discounted items are items that are discounted for a certain period of time.
We do not accept refund returns on Raffles however we do accept exchanges* for the same style in a different size (if available).

We do not accept returns for refund on A Bathing ApeŽ and Human Made purchases - exchange only subject to being in original unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
Due to the very high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns for international orders.
