Outlet/Sale Items/Flash Sales/Discounted*

We do not accept refunds for Outlet/Sale/Flash Sales/Discounted* items however we do accept exchanges* or we can sort a voucher.

*Flash Sales/Discounted items are items that are discounted for a certain period of time (i.e. Boxing Day 20% off Store Wide)

Special Releases

We do not accept refunds for Special Releases however we do accept exchanges* for the same style in a different size (if available).

Raffle Wins

We do not accept refunds for Raffle Wins however we do accept exchanges* for the same style in a different size (if available).

A Bathing Ape®

We do not accept refunds for A Bathing Ape® however we do accept exchanges* or we can sort a voucher.

All Other Orders

For all other orders (excluding the above) we accept an exchange*, refund or voucher so long as you return meets the criteria below.

Criteria

  • You have 10 days from date of purchase to request a return
  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have swing tags attached
  • Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged
  • Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

Exchanges In Store at our High Street Store

We only accept exchanges in person at our High Street store in Auckland CBD.

Please reach out via our Contact Us page and we'll advise you if the item you wish to exchange for, is available in store.

Exchanges via Courier

If you're unable to make it into our High Street store then you can courier your order back to us (at your expense) and we will sort you a voucher which is valid both in store and online.

Further Information

If your order included Free Shipping*, we will deduct $7.90 from the total refund amount to cover the initial cost of shipping.

If you paid $7.90 for shipping, we will refund you the full amount less the $7.90 shipping fee.

As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us, we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

Refunds are processed onto the original method of payment the order was originally paid.

Please allow 1-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
