Exchange Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please see our Exchange Policy below.

Important Note!

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the below so please choose very carefully when placing your order online as the sale is final.

  • Outlet/Sale items
  • Items purchased via Raffle

We do not accept refunds for Special Releases however if you need to swap to a different size in the same item, we may be able to sort an exchange subject to availability (send us an email and we'll let you know!)

In-store Exchanges

If you are based in Auckland, you can exchange your order in-store subject to the conditions below

  • First organise your exchange via sales@loadednz.com
  • You have 10 days from date of purchase to request an exchange
  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have swing tags attached
  • Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged
  • We cannot hold product for exchanges

Exchanges - for those who are sending their order back via courier

If you need to send your order back to us via courier for an exchange, we will issue you a voucher that is redeemable both online and in-store. The voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The quicker you are able to send your order back to us, the faster we can issue you a voucher. Please allow at least 24 hours for vouchers to be issued from the date your order is delivered to us.

  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have swing tags attached
  • Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged
  • We cannot hold product for exchanges
  • As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.
  • Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.
