Please Note Nike Collections are not available for International purchase/customers residing outside of New Zealand. This is due to Brand guidelines for this region.

Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

The above time frame is only and estimate provided by NZ Post and we cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive within the times listed.

Loaded is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end. This can vary depending on the country, please contact your local Customs office if you are unsure if your parcel will incurr these fees.

Also note some international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery times we have listed above, Loaded is not responsible for these delays.

If your parcel is returned to us as a result of any of the reasons listed below, we can either refund your order less the shipping fee paid or resend the order so long as you pay an additional shipping fee:

  • You entered your address incorrectly at the time of purchase
  • You provided an address where there was no one to sign for the parcel

We suggest when you receive your tracking details, to give NZ Post a call if you are in doubt 0800 73 63 53.

We use Courier Post to ship local orders and NZ Post to ship international orders, once you receive your tracking information you can contact either of these carriers directly via the contact details below:

  • NZ Post 0800 73 63 53 (international only)

In-store Exchanges

If you are based in Auckland, you can exchange your order in-store subject to the conditions below

  • First organise your exchange via sales@loadednz.com
  • You have 10 days from date of purchase to request an exchange
  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have swing tags attached
  • Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged
  • We cannot hold product for exchanges

Exchanges - for those who are sending their order back via courier

If you need to send your order back to us via courier for an exchange, we will issue you a voucher that is redeemable both online and in-store. The voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The quicker you are able to send your order back to us, the faster we can issue you a voucher. Please allow at least 24 hours for vouchers to be issued from the date your order is delivered to us.

  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have swing tags attached

  • As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

  • Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.

If your order included Free Shipping*, we will deduct $7.90 from the total refund amount to cover the initial cost of shipping.

If you paid $7.90 for shipping, we will refund you the full amount less the $7.90 shipping fee.

As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us, we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

Refunds are processed onto the original method of payment the order was originally paid. Please allow 1-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
